2026 Enrolment & Fees

Tutoring Fees – Term 1, 2026

Payment Options
Full Term (10 weeks): - $1,200
(GST included)
Half-Term (5 weeks): $600 (GST included)

  • All payments are invoices via Xero and sent directly to your preferred email address.

What’s Included in Every Session:

✅ Detailed end of Termly report and learning assessment emailed after each Term
✅ Individualised learning plan tailored to your child’s strengths and needs
✅ Holistic child wellbeing approach with focus on regulation, confidence, and resilience
✅ Explicit instruction aligned with Victorian Curriculum standards
✅ Integration of student interests to make learning engaging and meaningful
✅ Ongoing communication and support for parents, including recommendations for home practice
✅ Safe, nurturing learning space designed to support neurodivergent learners

Session length & booking

  • Sessions are 60 minutes
  • Tutoring is booked as a Half Termly or Whole Term fee once confirmed day and time
  • Holiday programs are booked separately and advertised as short blocks (dates vary)

Missed Classes & Makeup Lessons

Life happens! If your child is unable to attend a scheduled session, a makeup lesson can be arranged where a suitable time slot is available. While regular attendance is encouraged for consistency, I’ll always do my best to accommodate families and ensure no child misses out on their learning support.

A 24 hour cancellation policy applies or unfortunately makeup cannot be arranged.

2-page professional document includes:

✅ Targeted accommodations and adjustments for the classroom

✅ Parent and teacher recommendations for consistency across settings
✅ Curriculum-aligned focus areas and measurable outcomes
✅ Suggested resources, visuals, and learning tools

This document prepares parents for School Support Group (SSG) meetings and helps advocate for their child’s needs with clarity and confidence.
